Do I need an appointment, or can I just stop by?
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments help us get you in faster — especially for bigger jobs. Call ahead, and we’ll make sure a tech is ready for you.
How quickly can you get my car in?
For most services, we can get you in the same or next business day. Diagnostics and larger repairs may take a little longer, but we’ll always give you a clear timeline up front.
What are your hours?
We’re open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Closed weekends — we fix cars hard all week and rest like humans on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do you warranty your work?
Absolutely. We back most repairs with a 36-month / 36,000-mile warranty — parts and labor on most repairs. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
Can I drop my car off after hours?
Yep! Use our mail drop — just park out front, drop the key in the parts and deliveries mail drop, and we’ll contact you in the morning to confirm everything.
What kinds of vehicles do you work on?
We service almost ALL makes and models, both domestic and import. From trucks to hybrids, American to European, chances are we’ve fixed one just like yours. Give us a quick call to confirm.
Do you offer financing or payment options?
Yes — we partner with trusted financing programs to help cover larger repairs. Ask us for details; we’ll walk you through the options without pressure.
Can I bring my own parts?
Sometimes. We’re happy to discuss it, but keep in mind: we can’t warranty customer-supplied parts, and quality can vary a lot. We’ll always be upfront about what’s best for your car.
How long will my repair take?
Most maintenance and smaller repairs are same-day or next-day. Bigger jobs (like engine or transmission work) might take longer — but we’ll always keep you updated, no surprises.
Do you work with fleets or businesses?
Yes — we keep several business fleets running smoothly. Big and small. Ask about our fleet maintenance program and priority scheduling.
